Legacy Hospice

Based in Osceola, Ark., Legacy Hospice Inc. is a center that provides home care services for terminally ill patients. The center comprises of an array of care services, including routine care, continuous home care, general inpatient care and inpatient respite care. Its list of services includes nursing services, social work, pastoral care, medical care and therapies. Additionally, it offers care facilities in nursing homes, hospitals and long term care centers. Legacy Hospice Inc. is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Arkansas.
