Washington County Hospital and Nursing Home, located in Chatom, Ala., has been providing health care services for more than 50 years. It offers acute and long-term care to the citizens of the rural community of the Washington County in the southwest Alabama. The nursing home is a 20-bed acute care facility providing inpatient and outpatient care services to community individuals and their family.
