Community Rehabilitation Hospital North

Community Rehabilitation Hospital North provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs to the residents of North Indianapolis. Our 60 bed, state-of-the-art acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury or illness. We provide specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury. Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life.
