TLC at San Lucas, LLC

At TLC, we are licensed for all levels of care and we welcome hospice as well as short-term convalescent stays. We are licensed for five people and will be increasing our capacity to ten in the near future. We have a manager with more than 20 years experience in the health care field. Eleven of those years she worked as a manager in another assisted living home. We also have a compassionate and dedicated caregiver on staffs who meets all state requirements. Our home is protected by a fire sprinkler system and a security monitoring system. We have private and semi-private rooms and two walk-in showers, one which is wheelchair accessible.
