Epione Pavilion

Founded in 1900, Southwest Health Center is a provider of nursing solutions. Based in Cuba City, Wis., it offers an array of services and amenities, such as birth care, urgent care and emergency room and senior services. The center provides services, consisting of cardiac rehab, diabetes care, orthopedics, hospice services, diagnostic services and women health, among others. In addition to these, Southwest Health Center offers senior behavioral science programs, including dealing with emotional illness, inpatient hospitalization, intensive outpatient services and memory diagnostic services.
