1. What CareEven is
CareEven is a senior care directory and a provider of marketing services for care businesses. The Service is meant for people looking for senior care and for care providers. You must be able to form a legal contract to use it.
2. Information only, not advice
CareEven shares general information about senior care and lists care providers based on public sources and information providers give us. We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice, and we do not inspect, license, endorse or guarantee any provider. Always check licensing and inspection records and make your own decision about care.
3. Accounts and listings
If you create an account or claim a listing, the information you give us must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. You may only claim a listing for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We may approve, reject, edit or remove listings and accounts at our discretion.
4. Paid services
Marketing programs are described on our website and in any order or agreement you accept. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, programs are billed monthly, setup fees are one time and non refundable, and advertising spend is paid separately to the ad platforms. Results such as leads, rankings or new clients are not guaranteed.
Gold and Platinum listing plans start at $1 for the first 14 days and then renew at the full monthly price until cancelled. All payments are final and not refundable. If you cancel, service continues until the end of the paid period. See our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Our content
The Service and its original content, features and design belong to CareEven and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
The Service links to websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
7. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you break these terms or misuse the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CareEven and its owners, employees, partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any provider you find through it.
9. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will give at least 30 days notice before it takes effect by posting it here.
