Paid plans renew monthly at the full price after the 14 day intro period unless you cancel before it ends. Payments are not refundable. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Is claiming my listing free?
Yes. You can claim and manage your listing on the free Basic plan. Gold and Platinum are optional upgrades, and you can try either for $1 for 14 days.
How do you confirm I own the business?
We review each claim and may call or email the business using public contact details to confirm. This protects you from someone else taking over your listing.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Platinum includes up to 3 locations, or send us a list and we will help set them up.
How do families contact me?
Every plan shows your phone number. Gold and Platinum also show your website and email and let families message you directly.
