Paid plans renew monthly at the full price after the 14 day intro period unless you cancel before it ends. Payments, including unlocked leads, are not refundable. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Claiming and listing, answered
Is claiming my listing free?
Yes. You can claim and manage your listing on the free Basic plan, and you only pay for family requests you choose to unlock. Gold and Platinum are optional upgrades, and you can try either for $1 for 14 days.
How do you confirm I own the business?
We review each claim and may call or email the business using public contact details to confirm. This protects you from someone else taking over your listing.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Platinum includes up to 3 locations, or send us a list and we will help set them up.
How do families contact me?
Every plan shows your phone number. Families can also send a request from your listing. On Basic you see each request and pay only to unlock the ones you want. On Gold and Platinum every request is included and arrives unlocked.
