A Not-for-Profit Retirement Community Since 1997 Foundation House at Northgate is a not-for-profit, stand-alone, 65+ retirement community offering both independent and assisted living. You can make yourself at home in a studio, one-bedroom or two bedroom apartment. Each unit features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, a private mailbox, window coverings, wall-to-wall carpeting, storage space and a balcony or patio. Included in your monthly rent are two meals per day, weekly housekeeping, utilities, security, parking and transportation to doctor's appointments, fun events and activities.
