Located in Saluda, Va., Riverside Convalescent Center is a part of Riverside Health System, which was founded in 1915. Riverside Convalescent Center is a full-service center that can accommodate more than 50 residents. It specializes in respite and intermediate care, as well as offers physical, speech, occupational and recreational therapies. The center offers a range of rehabilitation and nursing services, including Alzheimer's disease and dementia care, skilled nursing and independent living, and short- and long-term care services. In addition, Riverside Convalescent Center provides health care services for wound care and stroke and pain management. It has a team of nurses, nursing aides, therapists, physicians and support services providers.
