Pioneer Haven Alzheimer/Dementia Unit

Located in Viborg, S.D., Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home is a more than 50-bed skilled nursing facility providing 24-hour residential care and rehabilitative services. The center offers nursing care, therapeutic activity programs, social and recreational activities, housekeeping and laundry services. Its Amenities include dining rooms, private and semiprivate resident rooms, smoke and heat detectors, emergency response systems, and lounge and patio areas.
