Manning Gardens Nursing and Rehab is a resident and family oriented skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Fresno. Our friendly staff provides a combination of specialized therapy services and skilled nursing care in a calming and quiet environment. Nursing Services We are a 59 bed facility which strives to provide quality nursing care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide specialized care including the following services: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, Diabetic Management Post Surgical Care, Dementia Care, Respite Care, Hospice Care Restorative Nursing Program We seek to maximize the quality of life for our residents and offer them specialized restorative services. This service is included in the daily room and board fee. The therapy team and nursing staff develop individualized treatment plans for each resident's care in the areas of: Activities of daily living, Ambulation, Bowel and bladder training, Range of motion, Rehabilitative and social dining Wound management, Weekly and monthly height and weight monitoring
