Jay Nolan Community Services

Jay Nolan Community Services is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of specialized support services to people with developmental disabilities. It is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and the American Camping Association. Jay Nolan Community Services is a licensed Foster Family Agency and is certified by the American Red Cross. The organization offers a residential camp program, which is designed to bring children with and without developmental disabilities together in a caring environment. In addition, it operates social and recreational, group homes and day programs. Jay Nolan Community Services has been operational for more than 30 years and is located in San Jose, Calif.
