Habana Health Care Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 150-bed skilled nursing center, located near St. Joseph's Hospital, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1960, we have 6 private rooms, 48 semi-private rooms, and 12 four-bed units. Habana also offers features such as a patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a worship area, and transportation services.
