United Presbyterian Home, established in 1947, is a more than 30-acre continuing care retirement community offering residential services, resources and information to seniors and their families. It provides a variety of living arrangements that include more than 70 two-bedroom cottages, over 40 retirement rooms, studio and one-bedroom apartments, 52-bed skilled nursing facility and nearly 30 condominium style apartments. The campus offers various social activities that include fitness and wellness programs, support groups, potlucks, movies, Bible studies, games and home family gatherings. Its caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as housekeeping, bathing, assistance with dressing, medication setup and transportation.
