In Home Therapy of Grand Rapids was formed in 2012 and specializes in bringing outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy to your private home. Our therapists have extensive experience in a variety of patient populations including geriatric, orthopedic, cardiac, and neurological diagnoses. We provide individualized quality treatments in your private home environment versus an outpatient clinic. We are not a home health care agency. At In Home Therapy of Grand Rapids we help to improve functional mobility, minimize deficits, prevent injury and restore independence. We are fully devoted to making you more independent, pain-free, and safer with our specialized in-home therapy services.
