We provide very personal service. We answer the phone 24/7/365 and you can speak to the owner anytime. We are one of the few home care companies approved as an aide training facility. The time we spend with our aides during training allows for optimum aide selection & care matches. We know our aides! Our aides' arrival and departure times are actively monitored via our proprietary time keeping system. If they are 5 minutes late we know about it and start fixing it. Client web portal allows you to see your visit schedule. You will also have access to your history (aides, dates, times). Our employees are certified, bonded and insured. They are background checked and drug tested. Compassionate, reliable, carefully selected and well-trained. Personal care includes: bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dressing and ambulation. Alzheimer and dementia care. Medication reminders. Companion & home care including: transportation, outings, visits, medical planning, preparation and clean-up, grocery shopping & errands, light housekeeping & laundry, morning and bedtime assistance, pet care and plant care, check-ins, medication reminders, socialization, crafts and hobbies. Skilled nursing care including: Administrator medication, tube feeding and care, catheter care, ostomy/colostomy care and other services as needed. Nurse advocate services including: accompany client appointments, explanation of medical information and treatment, updating a client's medical history, coordinating care among the health care team, being there when the family is not able, visit the hospital, advocate for client and attend care meetings in rehab.
