Heartland Plaza properties offer beautifully appointed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in a senior housing environment, most with kitchenettes and all with private bathrooms. Many of our senior apartments are individually climate-controlled and include all utilities.You can also add your own personal touch. Decorate any way you wish, and please feel free to bring your own furnishings. Select the wall color of your choice – we freshly paint every apartment before new residents move in. Some of our assisted living and retirement communities also allow you to bring your small pets.
