Luther Ridge At Seiders Hill Assisted Living
Luther Ridge is the only Licensed Assisted Living facility in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania. We are a 110 bed facility that provides a warm home like environment offering private and semi-private apartments for long term, short term and rehabilitation stays.We have an all inclusive rate that includes 5 star dining in our elegant dining room, weekly housekeeping services, personal laundry service and 3 levels of care. Luther Ridge has 5 apartment styles ranging from studio style to 1 bedroom suites with kitchenettes. Our facility is nestled on top of Seiders Hill and offers breathtaking views of the mountains of Schuylkill County.
Luther Senior Center Inc
Luther Senior Center Designed for comfortable independent living for limited income seniors age 62 and over. All units are ground level apartment units located in a park-like setting with well maintained lawns, trees, shrubs surrounding a beautiful Bethany Hall Activity Center, where weekly Bible study, basic ESL classes and game times are offered at no cost. We also feature monthly Birthday celebrations, seasonal entertainment and educational opportunities. Luther Senior Center is close to stores for shopping and adjacent to bus stops. Dial-a-ride is also available and for those who drive, unassigned tenant parking is available at no cost to residents or their visitors. The Luther Senior Center is HUD subsidized and provides rental assistance for all residents through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development under the Section 8 program. Qualified residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent which includes all utilities except for telephone and cable/dish tv services.
