Founded in 2001, Glenmoor is a nonprofit, life care retirement resort. Its independent living units consist of more than 70 apartments and over 70 homes. The organization also has a health care unit that includes nearly 30 private nursing rooms and approximately 30 assisted living suites. Glenmoor serves the residents of St. Augustine in Florida. It also offers dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The organization additionally features a beauty salon and worship center. Glenmoor s transportation department maintains a fleet of vehicles that offers services for shopping and sponsored tours. It is owned and operated by Life Care St. Johns and is an affiliate of Life Care Pastoral Services.

Shoal Creek Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, located across the street from North Okaloosa Medical Center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1999, we have 8 private rooms and 56 semi-private rooms. Shoal Creek also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, and transportation services. Residents and often time’s family too, can enjoy planned activities such as excursions, various arts and crafts, gardening, group movies, discussion groups, and visiting performers.
