Lake Mary Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 2000, we have 4 private rooms, 58 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Lake Mary also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, a worship area, pastoral support and transportation services. Residents and often time’s family too, can enjoy planned activities such as various arts and crafts, gardening, group movies, discussion groups, and visiting performers. We are Ambassadors of Care. IMMACULATE HOME.    Our Senior Home building in West Palm Beach totals  4700 square feet of living space and was built in January 2006. It has 12 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, two kitchens and plenty of common areas, incuding four living rooms, two dining rooms and a big fenced yard with a portion of concrete patio for common activities.    Kitchens and bathrooms have updated features including granite counter-tops, two refrigerators per kitchen as well as new appliances.    All pieces of furniture are new, including living, dining and bedroom sets.    Our Assisted Living Facility is professionally decorated and extremely clean.    Since we accommodate only 14 permanent residents, there exists plenty of private rooms.    Our Senior Center has capacity for daycare residents as well. Â
