The Connecticut Hospice provides pastoral care, pain and symptom management, bereavement counseling, and spiritual support and guidance. It also offers home health, inpatient and pediatric care services. The Connecticut Hospice is licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Health Services and has accreditation a by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is located in Branford, Conn.
