Its Dietary department provides dietary assessment, special therapeutic diets and offers nutritious foods in gourmet style. The Connecticut Hospice provides pastoral care, pain and symptom management, bereavement counseling, and spiritual support and guidance. It also offers home health, inpatient and pediatric care services. The Connecticut Hospice is licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Health Services and has accreditation a by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is located in Branford, Conn.

Founded in 1901, VNA HealthCare offers a range of home care, hospice and community-based health and wellness services. With a staff of private duty nurses, physical and speech therapists, homemakers, personal care attendants, home health aides and social workers, the center offers geriatric care management and home health monitoring services. Its cardiac care program provides treatment, education and rehabilitative care services for patients with cardiopulmonary diseases. VNA HealthCare offers various services for blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes screenings, flu immunizations, and nutrition and development counseling.
