Rodney Felzien, Attorney at Law
I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado since 1977, after graduating from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1977. My professional career began in 1978, working for the Boulder County Housing Authority. I acted as Assistant Director at the Housing Authority, writing grants and administering funds, for four years. In 1982 I began a private law practice, which started out with real estate, mental health and child protection cases and evolved towards my present practice, which is devoted almost exclusively to probate cases, which include wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships and protection of the elderly from financial exploitation. I also act as guardian ad litem from time to time in cases involving dementia and mental illness. The focus in my practice is mostly capacity and competence of the elderly and assistance to family members going through the process. *Probate *Wills *Estate Planning *Elder Law
