All of its programs and facilities are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. The organization offers various programs, such as community living arrangements and adult daily living. It also offers skilled nursing care services that include tracheotomy, genitourinary, catheter care, hydrocephalus, respiratory and orthopedic support, diabetes management, gastrostomy feeding and 24-hour nursing care. Lynch Services conducts adult day care programs in its facilities located in Huntingdon Valley and Frazer, Pa. The program includes day activities for individuals with profound development delays and physical impairments, work and personal skills training for individuals suffering from mental disabilities, and older adult programs for seniors above 60 years of age.

Roots of KenCrestKenCrest was founded by Sister Maria Roeck, a Lutheran deaconess, in the mill district of Philadelphia in 1905 under the name of “”””Kensington Dispensary.”””” Within five years the organization opened a “”””River Crest Division”””” in nearby Mont Clare, Pennsylvania. The original mission of the organization was the treatment of tuberculosis.In 1955 the agency redirected its mission under the guidance of another Lutheran deaconess, Sister Grace Jones. We began serving people with intellectual disabilities and autism. KenCrest continues in that mission today.
