Senior nutrition program for Sacramento County that provides home-delivered meals and congregate nutrition to seniors age 60 and older at twenty-two meal sites throughout Sacramento. Provides safety net services that allow seniors at home to maintain their independence and dignity.
Crossroads Counseling
