The association aims to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through latest research and provide care and support for the affected and reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. The association s services include support groups for all stages of Alzheimer, helpline for information, newsletter, health education and training, family education, residential care and nationwide identification, support and registration program for lost and found individuals with Alzheimer s disease or related disorders. The association is full-compliant with California s Nonprofit Integrity Act of 2004 and serves Northern California and northern Nevada and has many local offices in the area.

Partners in Care Foundation
Partners in Care Foundation is a private, nonprofit center that provides adult day health care services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The center also provides services to individuals with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, mental illness, Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia. The center provides full day of activities and meals to chronically ill and functionally impaired adults. It also provides a mobile health clinic that offers medical services to children and families in rural areas of the Antelope Valley and Kern County in California. The center provides a support system for caregivers and provides therapeutic services, including physical, occupational and speech. Partners in Care Foundation also provides recreation, psycho-social and creative arts therapies to the residents. It is located in Burbank, Calif.
