The organization offers palliative care consultation solutions. It maintains contracts with several hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The organization operates Hubbard Hospice House, which is a 20-plus-bedroom facility that offers medical and nursing care services. HospiceCare provides spiritual and emotional support solutions.

Operational since 1986, Hospice of West Tennessee is a nonprofit service agency that provides home aide health, respite and acute care, and physical, emotional and spiritual support services. The agency also assists in the medical delivery of palliative care, implementing psychological consulting services and facilitating family relationships. Additionally, Hospice of West Tennessee offers grief and community outreach support services and programs. Its Camp W.I.N.G.S. is a program for children that include activities, such as art, music and dramatic plays. The agency serves patients in more than 10 counties throughout Tennessee.
