The prerequisite includes a valid form of ID, a copy of your Social Security card, and an Arizona food handlers card. Training cost – New Pricing Available, Arizona Examination $65 Final test by DHS Training Certificate by CAREE Classroom: 62 hours Distance learning: 26 hours Skills training: 16 hours Total training: 104 hours REQUIREMENTS TO ADMISSION: At least 18 years old Fingerprinting Card/ Proof of Identification GED graduate Pass the school pre-admission test Food Handling Certificate * MANAGERS COURSES Training includes all training materials, training manual and certificate.
