The East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging is a private, nonprofit corporation that offers services for seniors. It provides community-based planning, implementation and coordination services. The agency offers case management, independent living, legal assistance and transportation services, as well as various programs and activities. The East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging offers exercise classes, support groups, Parkinson’s disease support and other activities. In addition, it provides respite, personal care, and independent and assisted living services. The agency offers training and lessons on communication skills, control of bodily functions, mental health, personal care skills and record keeping.
