Circle of Life Hospice
Circle of Life Hospice provides end-of-life care and bereavement support to the communities of Carroll, Madison, Benton and Washington counties. Located in Bentonville, Ark., the center cares for patients in their own homes, at nursing and assisted living facilities as well as free-standing inpatient hospice homes. It also provides pain and symptom management as well as emotional and spiritual supports.

Hospice of the Ozarks serves residents of Baxter and Marion County and is the only not-for-profit hospice organization in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Hospice of the Ozarks has been providing end-of-life care to patients with a life-limiting illness since 1979. Their mission is to provide quality, compassionate end-of-life care through a multi-disciplinary approach. Hospice of the Ozarks focuses on the medical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of their patients and families.
