The skilled nursing facility has more than 130 licensed beds and accepts Medicare, Medicaid and private pay. The Evergreen Center treats persons with early to middle stage Alzheimer’s disease or related memory disorders that do not require skilled nursing care. Residents living in this facility receive extra supervision and assistance with personal care needs.
