Holladay Park Plaza is the senior care retirement community, and is located in Portland, Ore. It is approved by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. Its residential care include assistance with dressing, bathing and mobility; medication management and supervision; weekly housekeeping and linen service; safety checks; nutritional guidance; and social services. The Medicare-certified health center provides routine health screenings, laboratory and pharmacy services, and therapies, including speech, physical, occupational and rehabilitative. It offers skilled and intermediate care for residents with memory related disorders. Its in-home care program provides both short-term care for individuals recovering from illness and long-term care for individuals needing more extensive services. The Holladay Healthcare Center is a 100-plus-bed medical facility that provides a range of skilled nursing services. It offers rehabilitative and wound care solutions for residents in Salt Lake City. The center also provides enteral feeding and restorative nursing programs. The Holladay Healthcare Center offers individualized care plans and hospice solutions. In addition, it serves patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The center conducts exercise programs, shopping trips, and social and recreational activities. The Holladay Healthcare Center also operates a dietary department and provides religious services. It helps individuals to recover from surgeries, injuries and serious illnesses.
