Heritage House Morton is a small quaint community that offers 35 Assisted Living apartments as well as 4 Memory Care apartments. Sitting at the end of a quiet street and right on the Tilton River our community is surrounded by beautiful trees and mountains. Residents can enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard with covered seating and a fountain.
