Heartland of West Ashley Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Heartland Health Care Centers’ skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers offer post-acute services for those transitioning from hospital to home. The Heartland of Keyser is a health care center that provides skilled nursing, treatment for Alzheimer’s disease, hospice care and respite stays. It offers skin and wound care, intravenous therapies, nutritional support and pain management services. The center has a team of rehabilitation therapists that includes physical, occupational and speech therapists. The Heartland of Keyser is owned and operated by HCR Manor Care, which is one of the leading providers of short-term, post-acute medical care and rehabilitation, as well as long-term skilled nursing care services. HCR Manor Care operates more than 275 skilled Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing centers. In addition, it owns over 50 treatment and assisted living centers for patients who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease. The Heartland of Keyser has been operational for more than 20 years and is located in Keyser, W.Va.
