Grace Living Center Clinton
Grace Living Center of Clinton, founded in 1967, is a Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing facility. Located in Clinton, Okla., the center operates a Medicare-certified skilled unit that provides short-term rehabilitation services, such as physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, intravenous and wound therapies. It also offers activity programs that meet the individual needs of residents. The activities include bingo, square dancing, cookouts, music, poker, dominoes, crafts and family night once a month. Additionally, Grace Living Center of Clinton involves animals, plants, volunteers, children and the community in the daily lives of residents. The center has more than 20 locations throughout Oklahoma.

Grace Living Center, located in Stillwater, Okla., provides nursing care services to its residents. It is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility that offers a wide range of services, such as intravenous therapy, dietary care, behavioral health, and pain and wound management. The services provided by the center also include nutritional diets, skilled nursing, health care and social services. The center offers a variety of rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. It organizes various recreational activities that include physical exercise and cultural and spiritual programs.
