The Village At Penn State, located in State College, Pa., offers a range of independent and assisted living services for elderly citizens. The Medicare-certified center provides long- and short-term skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, and physical, occupational and speech therapy. It offers upscale residences through a variety of spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as individual cottages. The institution also offers other services, such as a modern fitness center with heated indoor pool, library, lounge, gift shop and convenience store, mail center, health clinic, beauty salon, and arts and crafts studio. Thank you for your interest in the Village at Greenbriar. At this time we would like to share some accomplishments with you. Our assisted living complex has been completed since June of 2005. We are currently licensed for 75 residents. This facility is for those folks who can no longer live independently. We provide assistance with all tasks of daily living 24 hours per day, rates include meals, laundry, housekeeping and medication monitoring. Please free to stop by anytime to tour our state of the art facility. ( you can also rent at the assisted living facility for a short term such as after a hospital stay ). We are now in our final phase of our 75-home development. These homes will vary in size from 1338-2100 sq. ft. plus a 1 or 2 car attached garage, and will be nestled on a 40 wooded acres in Dallas PA. This life style offers independent living with peace of mind that comes with living in a secure, gated community. Some of our many amenities include a gated security entrance, maintenance free exteriors, lawn service, snow removal, swimming pool, club house, tennis court, and scenic walking trails. All for a low monthly maintenance fee, in addition, homeowners will have access to a unisex hair salon, exercise room, lounge, etc. located in our assisted living complex.
