The business is located minutes away from VCU Hospital and Health Systems in Richmond City. We are licensed by The Department of Social Services in The Commonwealth of Virginia. The business is operated out of a Dutch Colonial Mansion which sits on half an acre of fenced property. The house has been restored since and the backyard retained the settings of the park. We are licensed to accomodate a maximum of eight residents. We provide accommodation and assistance for daily living to residents and encourage participatiion in the memory care program as well as our activities and gardening program. Three meals are provided daily, two of which are hot and healthy snacks are available for consumption throughout the day. The staff is well trained and certified by the Board of Nursing to perform thier duties in Personal Care and Medication Management. At Forever Living Assistant Care Home residents are allowed to move around freely under the watchful eyes of the staff who are present around the clock. The accomodations offered are private rooms with or without shared bath rooms or shared rooms with shared bathroom. The Administrator, Ms Tryfene Scott has a Masters in Public Health Epidemiology and has worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Southside Medical Center, in Atlanta GA.
