V N A Extended Home Care
VNA Family Hospice and Palliative Care provides inpatient care, dietary counseling, home health aide, specialized physician, social work and volunteer support services. It also offers chaplain, respite care, bereavement counseling, specialized nursing, pain and symptom management, and physical, speech and occupational therapy services.
