Country Care opened its doors in 1997 with the goal of providing safe and comfortable living spaces to the wonderful senior population of Farmington. Over the years, our facility has housed over a hundred residents who considered Country Care their home. Coulee Region Adult Day Center is an adult care facility with locations in Onalaska and Sparta, WI. We serve adults with all levels of disabilities as well elderly individuals. Our caring team of skilled staff work hard to give the best care in the area. We have a range of services, from an adult day care center to respite care that provides 24/7 accommodation and care options. We also can provide in-home care and shower services. We also have two group homes. No matter what your needs are, we can help. We offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere with the utmost respect and professionalism.
