Based in Shohola, Pa., the center provides assistance in daily living, personal hygiene, medication, financial management as well as community and social activities. It also specializes in nursing intervention and in-house diagnostic services. Additionally, the 10,000-square-foot facility houses double and single occupancy rooms, living and dining area, shower center, library, exercise room and beauty salon.
