Chippewa Manor Nursing Home was founded in 1966 and is located in Chippewa Falls, Wis. It is a health care center with more than 90 beds. Childrens Home Healthcare is a pediatric home healthcare agency for medically complex children. At Childrens Home Healthcare, we believe children are special so we specialize! We specialize in private duty nursing, pediatric skilled nursing care, neonatal care, ventilator and tracheostomy care, gastric feedings, infusion therapy, skilled nursing visits and patient education and training for medically complex children. Patients suffering from these disorders require specialized and intensive treatment over an extended period of time. We care about the needs of your child and understand that issues arise after hours. To ensure that our patients receive the care they need, we have trained staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any questions or concerns that may arise. Some of our programs include CBA, CCP, CSHCN, MDCP, PAS, PCS, PASD, STAR, STAR Health, STAR+PLUS and STAR Kids (starting in 2016).
