Trisun Care Center Windcrest
Trisun Care Center Windcrest provides skilled nursing services to the patients, including 24-hour specialized nursing care, speech and language pathology, laboratory, X-ray and other diagnostic services, nutritional management, social services and case management, and recreation programs. It also offers occupational, physical and speech-language pathology therapies. The center participates in Part A and B of Medicare, private insurance, and Medicaid and respite care programs. It provides spiritual services by an on-site chaplain. The center has an activity director who provides a variety of activities for residents with all levels of physical abilities. It offers various amenities, including living arrangements, dining and personal services. Trisun Care Center Windcrest also has a secured Alzheimer’s unit, and is located in San Antonio.
