Brandon Oaks is a health care facility that includes a hospital, medical clinic and long-term care nursing facility. It is a skilled nursing facility that offers acute care and respite care bed services. Brandon Oaks offers a variety of medical, surgical and health services, such as emergency care, obstetrics, surgery, and short- and long-term outpatient procedures. The center s medical staff is comprised of several physicians and nurse practitioners. In addition, Brandon Oaks provides grief counseling, support, community education, volunteer training, special activities and debriefing services. Brandon Oaks also provides hospice care services, such as comprehensive medical care, pain and symptom management, and assistance with finance and insurance. Brandon Oaks additionally offers occupational, physical and speech therapies. It is located in Roanoke, Va.

Braley Care Homes was created by a father & son’s passion for quality assisted living in a home-like environment. Chris and Dean Braley opened Braley Care Homes on March 29, 2005. Braley Care Homes expanded into Alzheimer’s and Dementia care in 2008. It remains the only free-standing Alzheimer’s Dementia care Facility in West Virginia.
