About One on One Care One on One Care delivers professional, compassionate care to individuals to help maintain their independence and quality of life in home and community settings. One on One Care is a HIPAA compliant home care agency, providing reliable home care services since 1998. We are certified by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services to provide services to Central and Northern Virginia residents. Our services are covered by most long-term care insurance policies. We will work with your insurance company to coordinate services.
OnCall Health And Aesthetic Care
Tim Maynard is the family nurse practitioner at OnCall Health and Aesthetic Care. He has years of experience seeing patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. After retiring from the US Army, Tim went on to pursue a career in medicine. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marshall University in 2006 and began working Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland that same year. More recently he has worked for a few doctors offices in the area before deciding to start his own on call medicine and aesthetics practice in late 2015.

Onalaska Care Center
Established in 1974, the Onalaska Care Center is a Medicare-certified 108-bed health care facility that offers a range of skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for senior citizens and people with mental and physical disabilities. It provides clinical care and rehabilitation programs. The Onalaska Care Center offers medical appointment scheduling, pastoral care and religious services. It conducts weekend recreational therapy sessions, as well as educational and social activities, such as table games, parties, special events, socials meals, and reading and exercise groups. The facility is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. The Onalaska Care Center is located in Onalaska, Wis., and is a part of Bethany St. Joseph Corporation, which is a nonprofit organization that owns and manages a variety of health care and housing facilities.
