Oakley Home Access is a Home Safety Team of experts that include a registered & licensed Occupational Therapist & Rhode Island Contractor setting out to achieve Fall Prevention, increased Accessibility, & Aging-In-Place. Oakley Home Access can assist a wide array of community members ranging from children with special needs to the elderly striving to age-in-place. Oakley Home Access will provide home safety services ranging from removing area rugs to complete remodels. Common Modifications include a wide variety of adaptive equipment to Assist mobility throughout the entire home, including: Stair Lifts, Wheelchair Ramps, Grab Bars, Tub Cuts ,Stairway Handrails, Custom Entrance Railings.

Oakleaf Village of Lexington is an assisted living community managed by Royal Senior Care and located next to Lexington Middle School, near beautiful Lake Murray in the Midlands of South Carolina. We offer weekly shopping trips and outings to local events and sites. Our Theater is a great place to watch a good movie or sporting event. FOX Rehab provides in-house therapy which is covered by Medicare Part B.
