Mindful Senior Care
We are a team of DSHS certified, experienced, and compassionate caregivers serving seniors in a beautiful assisted living home in Redmond, WA. Our manager Nevin Draman has 20+ years of prior health management and service industry expertise. She lives at the facility, and our team is on duty 24/7. Our home was licensed in 2020 by WA State DSHS as an Adult Family Home for six residents. It is a wheelchair accessible facility with wide hallways, safe bathrooms, hand bars, smooth floors, smoke detectors, safety alarms, and motion detectors. Our residents stay in ensuite private bedrooms, and enjoy an elegantly furnished living area with skylights, and views of a beautiful yard.

I’m Dave Greene, a registered nurse and the founder of MINDWAYS Solutions. A locally owned and operated care consulting company that started with the sole purpose of improving the lives of people who struggle with chronic illnesses. My experience as a clinician spans the past 25 years where I’ve worked in various roles including military medicine, medical sales, emergency medicine, critical care, hospice, care management, and leadership roles with local health care agencies in Pierce County who support the chronically ill. My passion to start MINDWAYS Solutions came from my own personal experience of supporting my wife’s chronic illness as we navigated the maze we call health care. Even though I had spent many years as a clinician, I found it difficult in the midst of our challenges to access the information and support we needed. Therefore, I decided to offer the help I couldn’t find. Now I hope to help you and your loved one get the information you need, the understanding you deserve, and the guidance you seek to make the challenging health care decisions you face.
