McCormick Memorial Home

Newly remodeled in 1999 McCormick Memorial Home now offers residents private rooms with private baths. Each resident may personalize his or her own bright, clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided. The History Sarah and Amelia McCormick established McCormick Memorial Home in 1919 in honor of their brother, Michel J. McCormick, founder of Northern Paper Mills. The McCormick sisters dreamed of founding a home for the elderly who wished to spend their retirement years in a quiet, peaceful setting. Their dream came true when the home opened in April 1921. The home has been managed by the Green Bay Catholic Diocese since its opening.

McCall’s Communities

McCall is a nonprofit organization providing mental health services to emotionally disturbed youth and individuals with developmental disorders. It deals with mood, attention and hyperactivity, behavioral, anxiety, learning and substance-related disorders. It provides various services, including residential, medical, pastoral care and community-based services. Its community services include youth case management, assisted living and therapeutic care. It additionally offers home care services, including medication supervision and reminders; assistance with bathing, wound care, dressing and grooming; meal preparation and exercises. The organization also offers rehabilitation services, such as physical, speech and occupational therapies. Its facilities and amenities include a heated swimming pool, open air pavilions and parks, therapeutic hall and academic class rooms. McCall is located in Ada, Okla.
