Little River’s mission is to provide the highest level of personal care in a place like your own home. We believe people thrive in a non-institutional, family-like environment. We strive to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere at our lovely home by the river. Little River Care is dedicated to enriching your life with devoted staff and fabulous home-cooked meals. Our Adult Family Home is located by the scenic Little Spokane River only 5 minutes from the Wandermere Mall. Wildlife abounds in this beautiful country setting bordering 310 foot of river frontage. Roads are well maintained, because we are on Mead School bus route. My husband and I both live and work at Little River Care Center. We are licensed by the state of Washington, and are located in Spokane. We have a doctor that comes right to our home. We manage the medications and are delegated to do so. We have in home beauty shop, laundry and housekeeping services. Transportation is available to and from the doctors as well.
