LaurelWood Care Center is a more than 120-bed skilled nursing center located in Johnstown, Pa. The center includes a 20-bed specialty care program with specialties in orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation. Its facilities include a patio, walking paths, gardens and shaded lawns. LaurelWood Care Center provides a restorative program that offers training in daily activities, such as ambulation and social dining. The center offers services of various specialists, including podiatrists, dentists, optometrists, audiologists, psychiatrists and psychologists.
