Hospice Touch
Hospice Touch is a full-service hospice program operated by Tomah Memorial Hospital in Tomah, Wis. The program provides outpatient hospice services to the terminally ill individuals and their families in rural central Wisconsin. It offers hospice services in patient s home by a hospice team of trained professionals that include registered nurses, nursing assistants, chaplains, volunteers, social workers and doctors. Hospice Touch has a satellite office at the Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, Wis. The program licensed by the state of Wisconsin and is accredited by The Joint Commission. It is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
