Hospice of Wichita Falls is a community-based, nonprofit hospice services provider. The agency was founded in 1985 and provides physical and medical care to individuals of all ages. Located in Wichita Falls, Texas, it serves people suffering from terminal illnesses, as well as providing emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families. Hospice of Wichita Falls has served more than 5,000 patients since its inception. The agency serves various counties in Texas, such as Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Knox, Montague, Throckmorton, Wichita, Wilbarger and Young counties. It offers services in patients’ homes, at assisted living and contracted nursing facilities and hospitals and in the W. Erle and Emma White Inpatient Center, a health care organization.
